1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the Chrome Extension, or subscribing to TrackMyASIN ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TrackMyASIN provides Amazon market research tools, keyword rank tracking, SERP analysis, and browser extension overlays. Features vary depending on your chosen plan tier (Starter, Pro, Agency).

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial on selected plans. A credit card is required to initiate the trial.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually based on your selected billing interval until canceled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account page. Access continues through the end of your current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or exploit the API keys, Chrome extension, or data scraping infrastructure provided by TrackMyASIN. Accounts found engaging in automated abuse or trial manipulation may be suspended.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Estimated monthly sales, revenue, and BSR metrics are directional estimates derived from public Amazon data. TrackMyASIN provides data "as is" without warranty of guaranteed sales performance.
